Lesson Plans
Updated Prices in 2025:
I do my best to keep prices low for as long as I can. With higher expenses in recent years, however, I am needing to increase my tuition rates for all lesson plans. Updated prices will be used for all new students beginning in 2024 and for long-standing students beginning in 2025. Thank you for understanding.

Curriculum Fee
When first starting with a student (and at the beginning of each successive year), a $25 curriculum fee will be required to cover the cost of books and other learning materials used throughout the year. Students or parents may choose to waive the curriculum fee and purchase their own books.
Travel Fee
Additional travel fees are applied to any student receiving in-home lessons. This helps to offset the cost of fuel and commuting time. This fee is applied to every lesson and is calculated by multiplying the driving miles from the teacher’s home to the student’s home by $0.75 (one-way, not round trip).
For example, for a student living 10 miles away, the travel fee would be $0.75 x 10 = $7.50 per lesson.
